Major Key Metrics :

- To Lead the 'Dermatology & Cosmetology Business Unit' of the company with key focus in Strategy Development, Product & Solution Development, Sales/Marketing, Project Implementation, Government Negotiations and responsible for P&L of the division.

- Capability of full life-cycle business management from strategy to execution, with leading responsibility in creating business plan, develop high level project plans, client management and troubleshooting, business development, project monitoring and finally independent responsibility of business P&L.

Note :

- The person should have worked as a Business Unit/Division Head (pan India operations) for Derma/Cosmetology segment in the pharmaceutical market.
