Content strategist
The core function of the job is developing a medical content strategy for digital-based doctors knowledge platform as per the company's objectives and end users (HCPs) needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carefully and strategically develop content that aims to inform, inspire and engage potential customers of Mankind
- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars, content planning which includes content creation, curation, planning, and research.
- Collect information about the different types of customer personas, perform extensive research and analysis on customer needs/wants, and then devise content strategies to drive traffic.
- Develop creative ideas on how to engage the audience online and produce engaging content types.
- Develop content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensure they are followed through periodic content audits
- Creating and managing content marketing campaigns and analyze content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not.
- Conduct keyword and SEO research to understand customers needs and implement best SEO practice
- Monitor web traffic and engagement (e.g. conversions and bounce rates) and track and calculate content ROI
- Building strategic partnerships with content leaders and aggregators
- Researching and staying up to date on the latest developments in terms of search engine optimization,
content trends, and consumer behavior
- Updating older content to meet new content standards
- Maintaining a calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
- Overseeing the development and launch of new content channels
Skills required :
- Proven work experience as a Content Strategist, Content Manager or similar role
- Experience in a scientific and digital agency strongly preferred
- Familiarity with web analytics, SEO guidelines, and keyword research tools
- Curious, creative, and open-minded Detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Data-driven approach to content creation and ideation, using data to refine ideas, spot opportunities, and create something unique.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in content creation across earned, owned, paid, and shared spaces
- Education qualification: Doctors, PGs, M.Pharm, M.Sc
