Plant HR & Administration Manager
The role involves managing all the HR practices followed within the factory. Need to check with the Compliance of Labour laws with the industry standards. Also need to facilitate with the employee and the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the organization and Labour Relations.
1) Taking care of the complete employee life cycle.
2) Recruitment Planning (regular and contract), campus Recruitment Programs, Internal Hiring and Transfer of resources, Selection Process till decision closure (offer or reject)
3) TDS Deductions, Format & Procedures for TDS Calculations
4) Management of overall Statutory compliance
5) Performance reviews and management
6) Compensation, increments, corrections
7) IR Relations-Compliance needs are monitored on a monthly basis and need to be taken corrective actions based on the monthly Report. This also needs to be consulted with plant head.
8) Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, alarms, opening, insurance and transport.
9) Review and prepare contracts for suppliers as advised.
10) Maintain the central filing system, general database and archive.
11) Provide administrative support for matters relating to the premises and operations including security, alarms, opening, insurance and transport.
12) Responsible for health and safety at the workplace across all facilities.
13) Give Training and Development to the employees
Ensure Safety and healthy working conditions for employees within the unit.
Requirement:
1) MBA, MSW
2) Minimum 15+ years of experience in above said activities.
3) Manufacturing exposure is mandatory.
4) Kannada is mandatory.
5) Proficient with MS word, excel, and PowerPoint.
