Manjushree Ventures - Head - Sales & Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Head of Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve our goal of market leadership. This role requires strong people management skills along with leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business success and most importantly the entrepreneurial mindset to take the company from the current level to the next level

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to retain and grow existing sales in current customers without compromising profitability.

2. Grow the corporate sales market including FMCG customers in the beverages, HORECA, AlcoBev and other allied industries.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners to expand the company's customer base and enhance brand loyalty.

4. Identify new business opportunities and market trends, conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or a related field

2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar capacity or corporate (FMCG) Sales is a must.

3. Experience in the food service or packaging industry is preferred, with knowledge of paper products considered a plus.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software; familiarity with marketing automation tools is an advantage.
