Purpose of the Job

Responsible for achieving the set targets on Revenue & collection pertaining to the assigned key accounts

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Build and Maintain relationship with the concerned authorities of the assigned key accounts .

2. Maintain an updated hierarchy mapping of the assigned key accounts.

3. Manage delivery & upsell

4. 1st SPOC for managing service and operational escalations

5. Ensure realization of contract (pull in volumes)

6. Responsible & accountable for achieving the Revenue and Margin targets from the assigned account.

7. Ensure 100% customer satisfaction all the time and conduct structured key account reviews on Monthly basis.

8. Keep track of customer escalations and keep RM updated about the same and involve RM for quick closure of open issues

9. Ensure proactive coordination with all the concerned team to deliver the results as expected

10. Handle any additional responsibilities as and when given.

11. Hunt for new accounts

12. Collection of due amount within due date. Proactive follow up with customer and coordination with internal team in case of any discrepancy in the invoices
