Purpose of the Job :

We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to take our emerging technology solutions to market. They will be the face of the company with clients, provide necessary market inputs and insights to the technology development and innovation teams and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective go- to market strategy.

Our Solutions are ready for commercialization and many more in the technology development phase. These Solutions are proven and market ready. It is a great opportunity for Business Development Managers to immerse themselves in emerging technologies and create a large market impact.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Collaborate and steer the Core Technology and Product Development teams to introduce new applications and products to market

2. Identify new markets, understand customer needs, and build frameworks for market strategy

3. Drive sustainable financial growth through aggressive sales and distribution network

4. Build long- term and strong sustainable relationships with new and existing clients

5. Develop partnership models and contracts with adherence to law established rules and guidelines

6. Provide trustworthy support and after- sales service.

Skills required :

1. Velocity, Unrelenting focus, and Doing what it takes - 5 to 10 years work experience in Technology and Business Development

2. Proven sales track record and experience in customer support will be an advantage

3. Strong customer engagement, experience in building partnerships and contracts, and effective communication skills

Qualification : Bachelor's in engineering degree with an MBA from premier universities (preferably from IIMs/IITs)
