Business Development Manager
WHAT WE EXPECT?
- Collaborate and steer the Core Technology and Product Development teams to introduce new applications and products to market
- Identify new markets, understand customer needs, and build frameworks for market strategy
- Drive sustainable financial growth through aggressive sales and distribution network
- Build long-term and strong sustainable relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop partnership models and contracts with adherence to law established rules and guidelines
- Provide trustworthy support and after-sales service
Must Have :
- Velocity, Unrelenting focus, and Doing what it takes
- 5 to 10 years work experience in Technology and Business Development
- 1 to 2 years in project management, sales, or customer support will be an advantage
- Strong customer engagement, experience in building partnerships and contracts, and effective communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS : Bachelors in engineering degree with an MBA from premier universities (preferably from IIMs/IITs)
