Role: Project Manager

Location : Bangalore

Job Purpose :

To plan, schedule, deploy resources and execute the project as per defined requirements

Location : Bangalore

Role :

- Long term and short term projects deliverables across India.

- Planning and coordinating for setting up Temporary operation centers across.

- Plan and forecast the infrastructure requirements.

- Manpower resource planning

- Coordinate in IT implementation along with bandwidth setup across temporary locations

- Define plan and ensure that the project is successfully delivered in line with Project Plan.

- Build operations strategy, aligned with the organisation's long term goals.

- Design and implement and follow the operation's Services and Processes.

- Ensure all the processes are recorded for subsequent verification's and fix accountability.

- Monitor overall performance of the operation.

- Manage the day to day operations in coordination with the team/activity raises.

- Define SLAs across teams and manage service levels and quality.

- Manage operations in multiple locations and multiple projects at the given time.

- Resolve disputes or disagreements.

- Create and analyse MIS, Budgeting and controlling costs

Qualification and Experience :

- Should be having more than 5+ Years of experience in implementing projects at multiple location and managing operations

- Should have at least managed 1 large scale implementation projects in multiple locations.

- Should have managed a team size of 10 Direct Reportees.

- Experience in managing and delivering large e-governance implementation

- Willing to Travel.
