To head the Student recruitment function of the University campus, with respect to all the programs of MUDC.   - To generate interest and awareness about the University's programs among the target audience in all the markets we are targeting.  Critical Accountabilities:  Planning the Admission drive:  - Target setting based on program/ school / schemes / region / source / month / drive / admission team members  - School Connect  - Teenovators Examination   - Plan the Marketing requirement  - Preparation of prospectus  Organize and representation at Events:  - Open houses  - School events  - Education exhibitions  Institutional and Government based student acquisition:  - Through Indian Embassies in GCC & Africa  - Education Ministries in Africa  Customer Lead management and Team management:  - Track leads by sources / SIC /other Group Institutions counselling DB  - SIC management  - Set targets for each team member, Distribute leads among team members  - Monitor performance of sources and team members  - Monitor discount / waiver / reference schemes  - Ensure up to date information for all registered / admitted students is present on SAP  - Timely MIS as per frequency and formats agreed  - Other activities and contribution to organizational events  Key Success Factor:  - Generate 1200 registrations  - Generate 1000 admissions for the University  - Maintain 90% conversion / retention ratio&#8203;
