Manikaran Solar Ltd (MSL) is part of Manikaran Group one of the largest power traders in the country.

Manikaran Power Ltd (MPL) is Category II power trader with one of the largest access to consumers across country. The company is currently managing more than 1600 clients across portfolio offerings in open access, bilateral, exchange other related services.

Further, the group has unparalleled track record in solar for facilitating long term bankable PPAs with creditworthy consumers. So far, the group has placed more ~70MW of bankable PPAs with some of the most reputed developers and have very large pipeline in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) segment.

Manikaran Solar Ltd (MSL) has been established to streamline Group's effort in solar sector. The company shall source long term bankable PPAs with Consumers and work with Developers/Investors for facilitation of such projects. MSL shall be engaged in entire value chain of transaction for the tenure of contract so at provide consistent savings to consumers and returns to investors.

MSL is looking for experienced and passionate power sale professional to help build the organization from scratch. We need to add AGM (Business Development) for North & West India and AGM (Business Development) for South India to help us nevigate business across respective regions.

Following shall be broad scope of work :

- Coordinate with MPL sales team for follow up on solar leads

- Develop good understanding of various state regulatory and open access issues

- Opening new markets for solar open access

- Preparing and submitting the proposals to consumers

- Develop good understanding of bankable solar PPAs, captive structuring and other regulatory issues for open access

- Negotiations with consumers on term sheets, PPA & other defintive agreements

- Work with regional sales force of MPL to close solar leads

- Develop Solar Offering for respective states
