Job Role & Responsibility : Manger - Finance - eCommerce Startup (Qualified CA Mandatory)

Accounting :

- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and financial systems

- Ensure to report Actual expense deviations from budgets

- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company

- File and maintain all journal entries for internal and audit purposes

- Keeping abreast of changes in new financial software, financial regulations, and legislation.

- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as invoicing, Accounting and other transactions

- Review cash deposits and prepare cash receipt journal entries and AR reconciliations

- Management of fixed assets

Reporting :

- Producing accurate financial and MIS reports to specific deadlines by reviewing financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports

- Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts

- Ensure complete all schedules on periodical basis as agreed from time to time

- Developing and managing financial systems/models

- Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues.

- Conducting regular ledger closings and reconciliations

Finance Manager Skills and Qualifications :

- CA degree having good knowledge in accounting, finance, or a related field; 4 to 5 years of experience in a finance role;
