Manager - Direct Taxation - IT - CA

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handling tax compliances & litigations in USA, Singapore, UK and various other jurisdictions

- Reviewing customer / vendor contracts and suggesting strategy to optimise tax implications

- Handling quarterly and annual audit closure

- Liaising with tax consultants, auditors and various teams globally

Required Skills (Technical Competency) :

- Must have at least 4-5 years experience in direct taxes (preferably international tax)

- Must have worked in corporates for at least 2-3 years and handled a team

- Must have good communication skills

Desired Skills :

- Chartered Accountant

- Must have the eagerness to learn continuously.
