Role: Manager/ Senior Manager Franchise Operations & Expansion

Company : Leading ecommerce/ omni channel company

Location: Mumbai

Key skills required : -

- Excellent Soft skills, maturity, negotiation skills - should be able to be tactful with potential new and existing franchisees

- Help identify, recruit and convert potential franchisees, local and international

- Assist them with finding store locations, monitoring the fit outs prior to launch

- Recruiting of staff / coordination with our training team to have them trained

- Help marketing team with execution of launch plans

- Monitor operations and oversight for each of the stores on an exception basis

- Manage daily queries and issues that may arise at a franchise store

- Help with accounting / billing issues when it comes to monthly payment reconciliations

- Close feedback loop from the customers for the franchise stores

- Monitor sales target and adherence to the same - role is heavily incentivised by sales

- Travel will be a big part of the role, across India and maybe outside the country as well

Salary Offered : 12-18 LPA
