Job Purpose : To demonstrate both controllership responsibility and financial strategy responsibility for the organisation to ensure sustainability & growth.

Job Description :

1. Expertise in laying out standard operating procedures, compliance with accounting policies, overseeing month close activities, coordination with internal and external auditors, financial analysis, internal controls, process improvements, system enhancements and special projects to support the growing and dynamic business needs.

2. Mergers & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side advisory) covering financial due diligence, business valuation, review and providing inputs to share purchase agreement, finalizing closing statements impacting purchase consideration, post deal support, acquisition integration, monitor acquisition business case and governing earn-outs to Sellers.

3. Technical accounting (US GAAP & IFRS) for complex transactions including Revenue Recognition, Leases, Consolidation, Business Combinations & Common Control Transactions and Purchase Accounting.

4. Budgeting and Control: To spearhead the company's budgeting efforts, provide financial projections, and ensure expenditures are under control.

5. Demonstrating expertise in costing & deriving pricing strategies with proper data forecasting & arriving at key assumptions to steer business path to most favorable outcome.

6. Working Capital Efficiency and Liquidity: Individual responsible to strategize around working capital, but also manage the company's liquidity on a day-to-day basis. This entails maximizing the return on invested funds as well.

7. Exercise proper, judicial Internal Control: Responsible to drive discipline at the heart of Finance and Accounts department by overseeing critical part and be a critical driver of improvements across the function.

8. Expert in financial modelling, evaluating prospective company's financials & performance, assessing key financial parameters, and presenting to top management with key inputs on decision making.

9. Representing MD in driving critical projects & assignments with all internal & external stakeholders. Providing real time update and adhering to timeline & deliverables by demonstrating high levels of analytical & business acumen.

10. Preparing market trends, data collation, industry study & evaluation, geographical advantage of business perspective, conducting deep dive research in evaluating new business expansion plans and diversification plans.

11. Ability to work with C-suite executives on group companies and stitching all effort together towards a common goal.
