Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Managing Partner to lead our Private Banking division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth, enhancing client relationships, and ensuring the highest standards of service. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in wealth management and a proven ability to manage high-net-worth portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the private banking division.

- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with HNWIs and UHNWIs.

- Lead a team of private bankers and ensure they meet performance targets.

- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and manage risks effectively.

- Monitor financial performance and report to senior management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree/ MBA.

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in private banking or wealth management.

- Demonstrated success in managing high-net-worth client relationships.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
