Managing Director - Market Research Agency

Looking for Managing Director, with 14-16 years of experience for a Global Market research agency based in Vietnam.

The person will be responsible for leading a Business and a team of Researchers and should be an expert in Quantitative and Qualitative Research and should have led teams in South East Asia or Middle East.

He will be required to:

- Lead a team of Quant and Qual Researchers

- Develop and execute strategy for growth in the Vietnamese market

- Provide advice, consultancy, and a high level of interpretation and direction.

- Be Responsible for manpower planning, training & development, also career path of the team.

- Foster an environment which is rewarding to maintain people passion and in order to make people enjoy their job plan on his/ her team member's career.

He should be:

- Dynamic, client centric and people Manager

- High on Strategic Orientation

- Experience outside India is a must, preferably SEA market
