Managing Director - IT/SaaS

Position- Managing Director role in IT Company based at Delhi

Responsibilities

- Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company's future

- Develop and execute the company's business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders / Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement.

- Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities - Oversee the company's financial performance.

- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities

- Ensure company policies and legal guidelines are communicated all the way from the top down in the company and that they are followed at all times

Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths

- Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals

Qualification - A pertinent Bachelor's degree ( B.Tech. / M.Tech. / B.E. / M.E. / MCA ) with computer studies background will be preferred. Master's degree in business administration would be big plus.

Total Experience : A total of 20- 25 years + and handling similar roles for the last 5- 7 + years is preferred. Relaxation of experience will depend on the profile strength, education and industry association. 

- Experience is selling SAAS ( software as a service) product is a necessity. IT / software industry exposure is highly preferred (at least last 10 years)
