- As Managing Director, we expect you to have a broad interest in all aspects of managing a company including Talent Acquisition, development, fostering the Rijk Zwaan company culture, managing financial risks and legal compliances.
- You have strong people relationship management skills and you can build bridges between different people. You are the go-to person for all people issues, enjoy trust of employees and empathize with them.
- We are seeking an inspirational leader and organizer with an international outlook (having worked abroad would be an advantage), someone who is both people- and result-oriented.
- You have a hands-on approach and also enjoy to take up practical work like conducting interviews and working closely with the finance team.
