Role : - Reporting to HQ in USA, the MD will be responsible for managing a development centre of over 700+ people. - Your core responsibilities shall include stringent project management and delivery and meeting timelines with a focus on profitability and quality. - You shall be responsible for managing a team of creative professionals - You will be India MD with finance/legal/IT reporting to you but your primary responsibility shall be around managing the development centre and ensuring project delivery -Role has limited indulgence in sales and marketing aspects and is more focussed on delivery. Ideal Candidate : - Ideally you have 15+ years of experience in similar industry or managing a delivery centre where software as a product is developed. You Must Have Handled Delivery Centres With Teams In Excess Of 500 People. - Candidates From BPO/CRM Delivery Centres Will Not Be Considered.
