Looking for a leader who will oversee and expand NBFC business. Desired candidate should have prior experience of driving strategic business development, building customer relations, operation management mentoring and monitoring of the team. The candidate should have played leadership role, with P&L responsibility in the financial services sector and have demonstrable track record. Roles and Responsibilities : - Develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives - Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure he / she produces the desired results and is consistent with the overall strategy and mission. - Find ways to expand into new markets while still making sure the current customer base remains strong and attended to. - Collaborate with all stakeholders which includes leveraging external relationships, forging new client relationships and building internal relationships. - Make high-quality investing decisions to advance the business and increase profits - Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain the company's legality and business ethics. - Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements. - Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders - Analyse problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth - Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company - Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile. Responsible for building and sustaining a brand image of the company. Qualification & Requirements : - He/ she should hold a MBA / CA / professional qualification - Should have a minimum of 20 years of experience out of which around 10 years should be in cards/Consumer Loan Business. - Ability to work across multiple geographies, locations and cultures - Demonstrable experience in developing strategic and business plans - Thorough knowledge of BFSI market changes and forces that influence the company - Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills - Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities - Exceptional leadership and management skills with a focus on securing strategic partnerships, business planning, people and financial management
