Candidates with prior experience in managing large projects in LPOs or legal shared services will be preferred.   Job Description :  - The position is responsible for onboarding new clients, understanding scope of work, building proposals and ensuring clients work product is delivered on time.   - The position will be required to recruit, train, mentor and manage team of young lawyers and create an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration.   - Work with shareholders and senior management to develop growth strategies for the organization and identify areas of expansion.  - Work closely with Sales head to develop services based on new client inquiries.   - Develop and improve processes and workflow for delivering services.  - Ensure that matrix are tracked and reported as per project requirements.   Candidate must possess :  - Leadership skills and good interpersonal skills.  - Great communication skills.  - Ability to motivate young lawyers.  - Ability to work in teams.  - Flexibility to adapt to changing professional environment.  - Willingness to travel.
