Manager - Working Capital/Retail Finance & Insurance (5-10 yrs)
JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for percolation of National level channel/retail finance tie-ups to all Dealerships & ASDs, increase sales through retail finance availability and monitor channel finance portfolio.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure percolation of national level retail and channel finance schemes to all dealerships in the region
- Negotiate and enter into tie ups with locally strong banks to increase the financing options and geographical reach
- Ensure adherence to H.O guidelines on retail and channel finance schemes in the region
- Relationship Management with Finance partners and co-ordination with Dealers and Sales Team for smooth retail finance operations in the region
- Undertake proactive initiatives and innovative ideas to increase sales through retail finance channel
- Working capital management for the BU
- Execute credit policy
- Drive the ASD working capital program
- Drive the retail finance volumes through preferred finance partners
- Work with preferred insurance partners for relevant insurance products to improve affordability
- Monitor the channel finance portfolio in the region for availability of funds and timely repayments by the dealers
- Tracking competition activities
