Details about the position:

Position: Manager Wholesale Risk Analyst

Location: Mumbai

Requisites:

- Chartered Accountant or Master's degree in finance, accounting or related majors.

At least 5 years work experience in corporate credit business (credit evaluation) in a bank or financial institutions with special focus and experience in T&B customers (retail or corporate)

- Leadership skills and good communication skills required

Responsibilities:

- Process new as well as renewals and credit enhancement proposals.

- Ensure complete set of documents required for analyzing the credit application are submitted by the business teams.

- Analyze dealers- and group's financial statement using internal balance sheet analysis tool i.e. BERTA (Balance Sheet Entering & Reporting Tool for Analysis).

- Perform internal credit rating i.e. CARAT (Corporate Assessment & Rating Model Administration Tool) for each dealer in accordance to respective guidelines and internal standards.

- Schedule Credit Committee meetings and set the agenda for the meetings.

- Present the credit application under local limit to the credit committee.

- Prepare and circulate approval memo along with the minutes of the meetings.

- Quality assurance of the sanction letter released to the dealer, ensuring compliance of all the points in credit decision.

- Confirm all the preconditions have been fulfilled as required in the last credit decision before limit could be released for each dealer.

- Monitor stock audit results for any observed weakness in dealership.

- Investigate abnormal change for each customer and evaluate the effect on risks of wholesale loan in accordance with respective pre-warning system procedure eg. high financing period, high failure rates in stock audits, overdue etc.

- To perform any other duties required upon department head assignment with reasonable diligence.
