Looking for Manager - Health Insurance - Wellness & Network for a General Insurance Company in Pune

Role :

- Responsible for analyzing and identifying good providers based on their utilization and empanelling them based on the guideline laid down for empanelment.

- Implement, Develop and Maintain the Company's Provider Management strategy.

- Negotiate appropriate commercial contracts and renewals with providers in a timely manner to allow customers access to quality healthcare at sustainable cost.

- Assessment of hospital infrastructure based on various guidelines laid down for empanelment.

- Provider profiling based on the historical claims data to have an adequate network of providers.

- Developed Wellness offering to promote wellness for corporate and individual clients. Wellness program, shall be one designed with the objective of maintaining good health and improving it as well as well as tracking it's success in loss ratio control in group and retail health space.

- Open to travel anywhere in India for relationship management, give presentations as well as business development

- Relationship management with network providers and grievance resolution.

- Provide timely status of various projects assigned to the top management esp on loss ratio control and business development

Qualification : MBBS
