Job Description:

- Manage a team of Analysts to report and analyze click stream data from Omniture and Google Analytics

- Creation and automation of recurring performance reports and dashboards

- Ad-doc reporting and analysis based on business requirements

- Statistical and behavioural analysis of site traffic

- Implementation and maintenance of Omniture tracking for website

- Review and creation of new tools within the analytics framework

Required Skills:

- Experience in managing a team with a focus on results

- Omniture - Site Catalyst implementation and reporting experience

- Ability to deliver insights and recommendations to add value to the business

- Knowledge of Web Analytics methods, metrics and various tools

- Good Communication Skills in English (verbal and written)

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Additional Desired Skills:

- Understanding of web marketing strategies and common mediums used

- Background in hard sciences - mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics

- Experience in hiring and developing analysts

- Experience in Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence

- Experience in the Travel industry is useful

- Experience working on e-commerce websites

- Ability to learn quickly and exhibit problem solving skills
