DESIGNATION - Manager - Web Analytics

REPORTING TO - Head - Web Analytics
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU-
- Managing Google / Adobe analytics implementation by translating business requirements into technical requirements.
- Lead in implementing tags to capture clean data working along with project managers, stake holders, UX & IT Teams.
- Web analytics reporting, building dynamic dashboards.
- Providing actionable insights & suggest improvements on UX by working closely with UX team & stake holders
- Analyze reasons for deviation in reports - 3rd Party, GA, Omniture
- Create a dynamic link to enable real time report extraction
- Implementation of Omniture platform on website & mobile applications
- Suggest additional parameters that can be / need to be tracked and build these into the dynamic report
- Trend analysis of traffic - by source / device / browser / geo / platform etc.
- Forecast traffic from channels expected basis the campaigns / marketing efforts and compare the actual to projected traffic
- Campaign management - statistical analysis of each campaign impact (correlate to Orders received)
- Monitor data-trail, translate raw data into coherent information about consumer behavior and trends online and identify cause-effect relationships between Marketing actions and financial outcomes to increase conversions (Conversion funnel tracking).
APPLY IF YOU HAVE-
- Overall 5-8 years of progressive experience with highly scalable systems and software applications, product management, with minimum 5 years at a leadership level
- Experience in e-commerce organizations specifically USA Product based organization
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in Web analytical platform like Omniture, Google Analytics to Data fuel action
- Experience in implementation of Omniture on website and mobile applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, Good experience to write, review and edit ad copies for Google Ad Words campaigns.
- Excellent working knowledge of Google paid marketing & Analytics
- Experience in quantitative mindset, with the desire to work in a data-intensive environment
- Experience with a tag management system such as Bright Tag or similar
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and computer programming concepts
- Exposure to web diagnostic tools like Fiddler 2, CharlesProxy or Firebug
- Sound knowledge of GTM/DTM code deployment, tagging, including implementing and processing rule set up.
- Proven work experience of the ecommerce domain and Analytical ability
- Worked being responsible for tasks such as ad grouping based on keyword recommendations, writing ad copy, making recommendations for landing pages etc.
- Good knowledge of ad copy writing tricks to maximize clicks, should be able to write Eye-grabbing headlines, Specific calls to action, Well-structured ads that earn high Quality Scores
- Ability to manage quality & in-time deliveries for customer requirements and manage client relationship
