Opening - Manager - Wealth Management Operations

Location - BKC, Mumbai

Company - One of the leading financial services firm

Role & Responsibilities:

Updation in the wealth management system of :

- Schemes/scrip masters, New client onboarding, creation of product master in wealth management application

- Valuation as well as distribution for managed products

- Daily processes:

- Download of RTA feeds & updation/reconciliation of transactions and NAV.

- Equity trade processing for PMS and non-PMS clients, updation of corporate actions. Closing prices files

- Periodic Reconciliation

- Mutual fund AUM

- Portfolio holding and

- Other managed products holding

- Resolving customer queries

- Monthly Client reporting as well as attending to adhoc client requirements

- Preparation of regulatory reports and providing to compliance team

Qualifications & skill-set :

- B.com Graduate + Management degree in finance will be added advantage

- Good understanding of fund accounting process of wealth products System Knowledge

- 3-4 years- experience on Wealth management system preferably Miles, Wealth-spectrum etc

- Proficient with Microsoft excel.

- Experience in writing and managing excel Macro will be added advantage.
