Manage P&L, enhance revenue & clients for the division

- Real estate advisory for Ultra HNI clients for buying, selling & leasing of commercial, residential properties & land parcels

- Sell idea of real estate investment to Ultra HNI clients

- Handle team of HNI Relationship Managers & coach them to develop relationships & generate revenue

- Advise clients on growth opportunities through research data and trends on real estate

- Internally collaborate with the transaction teams on efficient deal closures

- Represent the organization in different forums

- Self motivated, Excellent analysis, presentation & client handling skills with high commercial acumen; successful track record in Private banking, IPC's & well connected with HNIs investing in real estate

- A business development profile; not much transactions execution
