- Expand market presence in specific geographic regions.
- Gather market intelligence to refine sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve sales targets through strategic planning and consistent sales efforts.
- Establish sales plans on annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly basis.
Sales Process Management:
- Maintain detailed meeting reports and adhere to organizational sales processes.
Profitability and Market Share:
- Drive profitability and increase market share through effective management of Assets Under Management (AUM).
Support and Training:
- Coordinate and lead training initiatives and events for distributors.
- Offer support on marketing materials, product information, and investment strategies.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with product and research teams to support channel partners.
- Coordinate Fund manager calls and Investor Education initiatives.
Market Intelligence:
- Collect and analyze market and competitor intelligence.
- Share insights with management to inform strategic decision-making.
