Design and work on strategic, multi-year projects to build capability of customer service and logistics function of the company's sustained growth. This should be driven through data analytics, benchmarking, and study of new vendor models. 2. Design, drive and manage central excellence projects related to a. Warehousing- Efficient storage, Material Handling improvement, Throughput optimization, cost saving programs b. Logistics- Evaluation and roll-out of new age models, last mile delivery, part truck load contracts pan India c. IT/ Automation- Enhancement in WMS, Roll-out of Transport Management System (TMS) and digitization of logistics operations, EPOD, vehicle tracking etc 3. Responsible for driving compliance & SOP Adherence a. Review of quarterly audit reports and ensure closure actions by working with regional logistics leads b. Regular review and update the SOPs/ICPs in line with Internal Control team guidelines and business processes c. Drive tracking mechanism to monitor the compliance at depots and set up reviews 4. Development of monthly dashboard and trackers in areas of warehousing and customer service
