Urgently hiring for Manager-Warehouse Space

The duties and responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, the following:-

- Identifying each and every warehouse space available in given territory.

- Maintain strong relationship with warehouse developers.

- Visit the warehousing space and understand the specifications in point of view of infrastructure, connectivity.

- Propose warehousing space to various clients as per their requirement.

- Conduct site inspection with respective clients.

- Participate in rental negotiation with client.

- Business Development.

- Identifying business opportunities for Leasing/Selling Warehousing Space.

- Maintain strong relationship with all customers.
