Manager - Warehouse - Retail Brand

We have one very urgent position in one of the leading retail brand

POSITION: Warehouse manager [ Large scale returns & refurbishment warehouse ]

Base Location : Bangalore [ Currently, located in Hejjala & should be open to relocate to Neelamangla, incase the client chooses to relocate in near future ].

Reporting to : Head Supply Chain management

Reportees - Team of warehouse executives.

OFFERED CTC : 10lac to 14lac; negotiable ; depending upon current CTC, education background, interview status.

Responsibility :

- Internal Stakeholders: Supply Planning, Sales team, Marketing Team

- External Stakeholders : Logistics and Distribution Vendors

Description of the role :

To manage the inbound, inventory and outbound SKUs storage and supply OTIF with efficiency

Duties and responsibilities :

- Liaising with customers, suppliers and transport companies

- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order assembly and dispatch of goods

- Using space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently and making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met

- Keeping stock control systems up to date and making sure inventories are accurate

- Maintain the budgeted manpower of staff and Training the staff on warehouse operations

- Analysing reports for daily weekly and monthly bottlenecks and issues. Ensure solutions of the issues

- Maintaining standards of safety, hygiene and security in the warehouse

- Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system

REQUIREMENTS :

The candidate should have had around 2 years approx experience in handling returns and refurbishment. The candidate should have minimum 5 years experience in managing a large scale warehouse i.e. 1 lac sq. ft plus (knowledge of Fashion and Lifestyle products would be an added advantage)
