- Getting the requirement from Clients
- Volume hiring experience
- Dividing the same to the regional Managers
- Get the feedback from the client regarding the candidate
- Daily tracker on client wise requirement VS Joiners
Required Skills / Special Qualifications :
- MBA with at least 12 years experience in handling Recruitment /Volume hiring.
- Good Communication skills
- Negotiation skills
