- Conceptualization of Monthly Display Guidelines for Jack & Jones India

- Working Closely with Operations Team to Ensure Planning and execution is done to liquidate the stock

- Maintenance of VM Calendar

- Vendor & Budget Management

- Resource Planning for New EBO and SIS Openings

- Demographic Adaptation of Merchandise Display

- Visual Display Planning& Execution of Events and Press Previews

- Store Visits to Safeguard Memorandum of Understanding

- Weekly Feedback to VM Team on Regional Performance
