Manager - Visual Communication - Coffee Business

Our client makes quality & tasty coffee varieties convenient and easily accessible to all. Some of their products include mint chocolate coffee, hazelnut coffee, sweetened creamer, coffee-related merchandise, etc. Their coffee varieties are manufactured with the advantages such as 100% natural, no added sugar, no artificial flavours and no added preservatives.

Their coffees are distributed through a variety of channels including their own website, e-commerce marketplaces, and to a variety of institutional clients like 5 star hotels etc.

As a Visual Communication Manager, you will be responsible for designing the visuals that support the organizational communication process in educating and persuading the target audience.

What you need to do :

- Being responsible for end-to-end execution of visual design & communication projects

- Conceptualizing and developing original, creative, informative and visually appealing concepts, package designs, logos, etc

- Being involved in the designing of packaging material as well as the digital assets of the company

- Creating, proofreading and implementing in-depth details such as texts, designs, images, etc

- Maintaining outstanding aesthetic standards and also best practices in terms of designing and communicating

- Understanding and being updated about the business objectives, business priorities, the targeted audience, end goals, etc

- Working in coordination with various internal as well as external stakeholders

- Maintaining an updated and accurate database of various related details such as expenses, budget, requirements, etc. and reporting the same to the management in regular intervals

Desired Candidate Profile :

What you need to have:

- Graduation is a must

- Relevant work experience of 2-5 years in visual communication is required

- Prior work experience of designing packaging material, digital assets is required

- Prior experience of working in a design agency is highly preferred

- Excellent communication, designing and time management skills

- Creativity, ability to multitask and an eye for detail
