Manager / VP- Business Analyst / Project Manager/Product Owner - Captives (Global Banking only)


- Should have Global Banking experience in the any of the following business projects - Collateral/FCM/ABS Lending.

- 10+Yrs. of exp in Waterfall / Agile/ Hybrid project management in capital markets/Investment Banking domain

- Strong knowledge & experience in Middle Office functions / Derivative Operations

- Experience in Performing Business Analysis, Writing BRD's, User Stories, test cases and performing & coordinating UAT.

- Should have Strong People Management & Stakeholder Management experience.

- Should have managed Multiple Projects and teams in capital markets/Investment Banking domain.

- Experience working with data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance to drive tactical and strategic decisions and planning

- The role would require the manager to be dynamic and independently manage and execute end-to-end delivery of key operational themes across the COO organization. Finally, the candidate will be expected to actively participate in global team discussions, hiring activities, projects/process enhancement plans and encourage creative thinking amongst the team.

- The individual will be responsible managing and maintaining performance of their team, including but not limited to risk and control framework reviews, capacity, key performance metrics, front to back process improvement plans, resiliency plans, I&P location footprint and quarterbacking critical projects/programs. The role would require direct engagement with senior leaders across COO teams and partner with them to drive diverse and challenging strategic initiatives designed to improve processes, controls, and regulatory/risk compliance across various risk, automation, surveillance & quality assurance functions.
