- Achieving Revenue Targets in the given timelines

- Innovation & Proactive approach in managing the product line

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through product offering

- Tracking competition activities

- Planning & Execution of Promotional Activities for SMS & Caller Tunes, CRBT Services

- Identifying opportunities & Introducing SMS Products for a competitive product line.

- Studying Customer behavior & Customer segmentation.

- Vendor Management.

- Tracking Competitor Plans.

- Revenue & Customer Usage Pattern Analysis (UNR Activities)

- Handling VAS via Retail.

- Managing Customer Complaints to ensure good customer experience

- Selecting right content partners for hello tune in the available gamut

- Keeping Product line competitive along with achieving revenue targe
