Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Manager for our Temporary Staffing division, who will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and placement of temporary personnel for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both value and volume recruitment, with a proven track record of effectively managing temporary staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Staffing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic plans for temporary staffing operations, aligning with the company's goals and objectives.

- Recruitment Management: Lead the recruitment process for temporary positions, utilizing both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.

- Candidate Screening and Selection: Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure suitability for temporary placements, considering both skillset and cultural fit.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their temporary staffing needs and provide exceptional service and support.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance and satisfaction of temporary staff on assignment, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

- Compliance and Legal Requirements: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations governing temporary staffing, including proper documentation and record-keeping.

- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the temporary staffing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

- Metrics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics related to temporary staffing operations and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in temporary staffing, with a focus on both volume and value recruitment.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

- Solid leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and developing a team.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations pertaining to temporary staffing.

- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools for candidate sourcing and tracking.
