Position (Designation): Manager Value Enhancement (Sales &amp; Marketing) Dept/Division: Business Process Transformation - Value Enhancement Grade: Manager Location: HO, Mumbai Purpose of the Role Our company is implementing various Value enhancement processes across the company - India as well as International geographies. This position will be the Sales &amp; Marketing lead for such initiatives and anchor the same across business units/functions as well as be the conduit between internal and external partners, if any. Qualification &amp; Experience : - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field of Sales/ Marketing/ Trade &amp; Media spend Managements/ Relevant Consulting assignments - Project Management/ Consulting experience in area of Sales &amp; Marketing - CA or MBA from premier institute Key Deliverables of the Role : - Ideate, co-create - and help Implement Value Chain Enhancement Initiatives across India and International businesses in the area of Sales and Marketing a. The effectiveness of media spends b. The effectiveness of Sales spends Pricing Management : b. Anchor change management initiatives and ideas along with relevant functions as well as carry out pilots and help scale up these initiatives post successful pilots - Track and monitor the savings and act as PMO (Program Management office) Member in order to deliver annual targeted savings - Build capability in the organization for such continuous enhancement across other geographies - Evaluate business processes amenable to use of technology and Improve efficiency in such chosen business processes with the help of IT levers Key Competencies: Functional: - Understanding the key levers of Front End functionality of the business. - Familiarity with cost and value levers and processes which drive the FMCG Sales and marketing functions - Trade spends (ATL/ BTL), Trade margin structures - Advertising and sales promotion spend and its effectiveness, media mix, Media effectiveness KPIs - Sales Force Effectiveness - Indirect procurement spends, activations - Financial eye for detail Behavioural: - Ability to leverage nonreporting relationships and handle conflict - Strong analytical skills and the ability to see big picture across various processes - Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive change - Opportunity seeking behavior - Be boundary-less and have - an easy to work with- attitude - Pursue excellence Other requirements: - Willingness to travel to international geographies Reporting to : - Head- Value Enhancement Key Interfaces : - Business interface with India and International sales &amp; Marketing functions - Interface Indian and International Business Finance teams, IT teams etc. as per project need Growth Path &amp; Future : - A future movement to other functions like Sales &amp; Marketing, Finance, IT etc. The value proposition of this role : - Business exposure across the FMCG sector - The chance to interact with different functions internationally
