Job Title: Manager - Valuation (409A ) with n leading Big4

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

- Role Description: Manage and work on multiple engagements involving valuation of privately-held company equity securities (409a / cheap stock valuations)

Job responsibility/ KRA

- Manage and work on multiple engagements involving valuation of complex financial instruments such as convertible debt, options, warrants, derivatives, etc., taking a lead role in understanding clients- needs, conducting analyses and reporting results

- Develop models to value a variety of financial instruments and to analyze various business situations, using option pricing theory, fixed income and structured finance models

- Working on valuation of privately-held company equity securities (409a / cheap stock valuations)

KPI:

- Timely Delivery of projects

- Individual contribution towards the project

- Team management

Desired Candidate

- CA with 7-10 years of experience into Valuation with 409A experience

- Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal and teaming skills

- Willingness to travel, when necessary

- Open to work on Projects by own.
