Manager - Valuation - UK Market

About this role

We are looking for experienced professionals to support and work with client's UK valuations team from India. You have to work closely with UK professionals to respond quickly and efficiently to the complex and diverse needs of our clients.

Work you will do

- Support UK project teams in providing services relating to financial reporting valuation. Assist in the valuation of intangible assets, Purchase Price allocation, Impairment valuation and other financial reporting valuations.

- Deliver high-quality valuation work products and assist other team members in UK team, when required.

- Interact with internal clients and communicate with managers/Director/Partners/stakeholders in the UK.

- Supervise work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products.

What we are looking for

- MBA/CA/CFA/ACCA with working experience with the supporting UK valuation team .

- Understanding and exposure to accounting and financial statements analysis;

- Good understanding of corporate finance principles, corporate transactions, valuation techniques

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power point;

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Team player; self-driven and ability to work independently
