Job Title & Location: Manager Valuation (Tangible Assets) - Gurgaon

Role Description: This team undertakes Tangible assets valuation

KRA:

- Work on and manage engagements focusing on valuation of businesses, with focus on performing financial assessment and valuation of manufacturing and tangible assets like plant & machinery, furniture & fixtures etc. for purposes encompassing mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring, and reorganization, and corporate strategy. We use traditional valuation techniques like the market (multiples based approach), cost approach (both direct & indirect approach) and income approach.

- Specific engagement responsibilities will include building and analyzing trends in book value and depreciation of fixed asset classes, performing market research on comparable assets, constructing detailed fixed asset financial models using advanced functionalities in MS Excel and Access platforms, writing reports to present valuation analysis and opinion.

Desired Experience:-

- CA/MBA(Full Time) with 8 yrs of experience

- Strong exposure to Valuation of Tangible Asset.

- Understands the due diligence process and has experience in Financial analysis.

- Excellent communication skills.
