Manager - User Engagement - eCommerce - IIT/NIT/BITS

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Think of new creative ideas and develop growth hacks to experiment and figure out new mechanisms for reaching users in the right way.

- Ideate and manage new communication flows working with internal product,ops and content teams to drive engagement for Groww users

- Own the conversion metric for new customers acquired through different channels.

- Designing and executing the user communication flows for new product features

- Reduce CX touchpoints/calls by looking at data and proactively communicating with the customers on resolving them

- Must be a go-getter who can work efficiently with multiple teams and deliver before deadlines.

- Analyse and report performance on a regular basis and decide actionable.

Must Haves :

- Strong education background (IIT/IIM/ISB)

- Should have data-driven approach

- Thinks customer first always

- Very good team player

- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility

- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong business acumen

Good to have:

- Know-how of different financial instruments in India like Mutual Funds, Stocks etc.

- P&L experience/understanding

- 1-2 years of experience in consumer internet space is a plus
