Manager-Usage and Retention, Leading Telecom operator
- To build a robust business intelligence framework with the objective of driving usage, retention and thereby revenues. Roll-out the framework, ensure implementation and the resultant action in accordance with all stakeholders at corporate and circles.
- Contribute to new product ideas and campaigns basis analysis. Reporting key performance metrics to relevant stakeholders along with key action items. Assess the performance of campaigns and ensure objectives are met.
- Liaison with relevant stake holders to Put the bi framework in place in conjunction with various Telco teams
tracking budget v/s actuals (overall and circle)
- Segmentation & loyalty strategies for customers, trade & merchants
- Ensure adequate control and monitoring for efficient operations
Requirement:
- MBA with relevant experience in the credit cards or telecom industry.
