Job Description:

1. Responsible for key customer and revenue metrics- Revenue, Persistency, APH

2. Drive revenue growth and reduce lapse through innovative marketing programs

3. Deploy life cycle management strategies to maximise customer stickiness and longevity

4. Drive in-depth consumer and data analytics to understand the levers that drive customer lapse and policy usage

5. Use data and qualitative diagnostic techniques to make action plans to optimize marketing strategies

6. Campaign design using SAS

7. Create and execute innovative customer offers and design/ manage multiple customer campaigns

8. Campaign ROI analysis to track results and plough them into future campaign designs

Experience: 11 to 12 years
