Job Description :

Looking for 7+ year experience candidate for Manager role.

Note : Only Veteran/PWD/LGBTQ Candidate Required

Location : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Remote

Notice period : Immediate to 30 days preferred (Max 45 Days)

Education : CA with a Commerce graduation / MBA from a premier institute

Must have Skills : State & Local Tax, US Tax, US Corp Tax, Form 1120, Form 1065, Tax research tools viz CCH, IRA Checkpoint Bloomberg etc.

Good to have Skills : Alteryx, Power BI and Tableau

Note : Only Veteran/PWD/LGBTQ Candidate Required

Preferred Skills :

- Should have an experience in State & Local Tax.

- Demonstrate intimate knowledge and/or direct managerial experience designing and maintaining process models

- Tax Provisioning Experience would be an added advantage

- Should be proficient in technical review of Combined state returns

- Should have experience or been trained in review of state Amended returns based on a RAR audit or 1120X.

- Experience in analyzing state audit/notices and amending the returns.

- Experience working on amending the 1120 followed by amending the state returns.

- Preference for having knowledge in performing nexus study.

- The profile involves effective communication across Clients' facilities globally and hence possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written.

- Experience with Tax software (Gosystem, Onesource or Corptax).

- Analyze the scope of each engagement to manage schedules, budgets, and deadlines

- Should be proficient in using Tax research tools viz CCH, IRA Checkpoint, Bloomberg etc.

- Monitor compliance with due dates and within time budgets

- Participate in assigning duties and training staff

- Mentor and coach staff members in their development

- Supervise numerous engagements simultaneously

- Capable of effectively developing and maintaining client relationships

- Should have good leadership quality and team handling experience

- Should have good reviewer and query resolving skills

- Should have client handling experience

- Ability to delegate work as needed

Responsibilities :

- Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
