Job Summary : - One of the best accounting firms is seeking Manager at its Mississauga Office and is urgently seeking a full time and permanent US Tax Manager. Looking for a CA with US taxation experience and is willing to relocate. Visa and formalities will be take care off. Responsibilities &amp; Duties : - 5 Years experience of preparation and review in the field of Cross Border Tax; US&nbsp;partnership taxation (State &amp; Local Tax), Expatriate Tax. - Drive the tax return production process, review complex tax returns and other tax&nbsp;deliverables. - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with the clients and internal&nbsp;colleagues. - Explore opportunities to bring more work to Company by consistently providing high&nbsp;quality work. - Supervise day to day operations and engagement milestones with little or no manager&nbsp;involvement. - Demonstrate leadership skills in developing the highest performing teams. - Help team &amp; Manager with advisory and ad-hoc projects or support tasks. - Identify opportunities to leverage information and resources across assignments and&nbsp;teams. Experience &amp; Skills / Knowledge : - 5 Years progressive experience in preparing, reviewing &amp; successfully filling 150+US &amp;&nbsp;Canadian tax return: Form 1040, 1040 - NR, 1040-DS, FBAR, F5471, T1013, T1, T2125,&nbsp;T776 in busy tax season. - Experience in assisting detailed foreign tax credit calculation especially on cross-border tax return (s). - Sound experience in handling Federal &amp; State Tax notices, OOS requests, client database &amp; payment requests for clients. - Experience in US Corporate Federal &amp; State Tax Compliance &amp; Tax Consulting. - Proficient in preparing US Individual Federal &amp; State tax for Americans &amp; Canadians. - Knowledge of Cross-border tax analysis and planning. - Well versed with Ultra Tax &amp; TaxPrep.
