Manager - US Tax - Consulting Firm

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Engagement due diligence & effective management of assignments

- Involving in Technical Trainings for the team.

- Identify Out of Scope work, Value addition, etc. if any and discuss with Managers.

- Be compliant with Firm policies & initiatives and ensure team is also achieved it - Address the IRS Notices received by the client.

Desired Profile:

- Qualified CPA/CA/MBA/M.com/EA .

- 5-8 years of post-qualified experience with US Tax engagements

- Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Skill Set:

- Very good understanding of accounting concepts & US Tax Principles.

- Able to analyze and manage the client and the team.

- Working knowledge on Form 1120, 5471, 5472, 926

- US Individual Tax (Form 1040), FBAR, FATCA, PFIC, etc.

- Partnership Filings (preferably Form 1065 or 8865), PE fund compliances
