Understand the firm, its Functions, compliances, initiatives, and most importantly the hiring needs   2. Understand the assigned service areas, technologies and sourcing processes  3. Recruit in US market  4. Consultative skill to prepare and present candidate marketplace analysis with sourcing and recruiting strategy to PPDs  5. Ability to articulate the value proposition to prospective candidates in the US  6. Develop long term association with target candidates and communities  7. Engage with passive candidates (not looking for a job change) and warm them up to look for an opportunity with the Firm  8. Manage clients, businesses and other stakeholders  9. Enforce process adherence and compliance by all the teams  10. Advanced sourcing skills to use LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate passive candidates  11.
