Manager - US Business Tax - Consulting Firm

Manager - US Business Tax with leading consulting company based in Bangalore

- Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from Fortune 100 companies to emerging businesses.

- People from big4 will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of FAS 109 and work experience in US Corp Tax, US Partnership Tax, Form 1120 and Form 1065.

- CA is mandatory.

- Advising clients on a variety of tax issues including accounting for income taxes, FTA (periods, methods & credits), tax provisions, tax compliance, business restructuring, and tax controversy.

- Candidates should have experience in team handling.

- Candidates should have minimum of 8 to 10 years of corporate tax experience in an accounting firm.
